Interview tips
- They will test whether you stay calm when a system fails. Prepare one 45-second story: the problem, what you checked, what you told the customer, the result.
- Say the next step out loud. Weak: “I’ll try something.” Strong: “I will run a connection test with you now, then I will confirm the system is arming.”
- If you do not know a product fact, do not invent it. Use: “I will check this in the account and come back with the exact step.”
- They care about a quiet room and a wired connection. Be ready to describe your desk in one sentence.

English vocabulary for this job
Say each line out loud before you apply. If you cannot, you are not ready for the interview.
| Word | Meaning | Example |
|---|---|---|
| inbound | The customer calls you. You do not call them first. | “This is an inbound support role — the queue never stops.” |
| troubleshoot | Find why something is broken, then fix or escalate it. | “Let me troubleshoot the connection with you step by step.” |
| escalate | Pass the case to a higher team when you cannot resolve it. | “I will escalate this to tier two and stay on the line until they pick up.” |
| account holder | The person named on the account — often the only one you can help. | “For security, I can only change the plan with the account holder.” |
| wired connection | Internet through a cable, not Wi-Fi. | “A wired connection is required for this shift.” |

CV tips
- Lead with a target title: Customer Support / Customer Solutions — Remote.
- If it is true, write one line with volume: “Handled inbound calls in English” — not “good communicator.”
- Put tools and setup in Skills: Windows PC, 40+ WPM, headset, quiet workspace.
- Do not invent alarm-industry experience. A retail or restaurant line about calm under pressure is enough if it is real.
- File name: Firstname_Lastname_Resume.pdf. One page.
